I went yesterday for fitting my uniform. This guy on picture told me come tomorrow. When I only said tomorrow only then he suddenly change his word and said we are not doing outside work. I don't tell you do our work as a fee Mr whatever your name. This kinds of people make the issue in growth of company and making negative vibes around people.I really hope he should learn about customer service before he speak and be on his words..Very unsatisfied and And suggest neverever to go there..Looking for HR email to complain if someone help then dm pls

Extremely worst customer service, yesterday I purchased a SIM card and the guy at the counter was coughing and kept holding my EID and my atm card without putting a sanitizer on his hands and take note he didn’t wear a face mask. Afterwards I went to the counter and the cashier was rude even the supervisor was around. They have to train their staffs specially the cashiers, they have to know the proper customer service.

Worst customer service i went there with my 10 months old baby for shopping and while coming back driver didn’t let me sit in vehicle by saying we don’t allow baby stroller.
So, if you have baby think twice before going there

There was to many people , I had to stood for about 20 to 30 minutes before they attended to me. So I don't find that pleasant at all. You should do something about that asap. There was some canter empty mean while people were in their numbers. I was not really pleased.

Had experienced very worst and disrespectful behavior from the cashier, don’t know the name as can’t see name badge. Affordable price but mannerless service. Hardly go back to the same place ????

Staf is normal like bots they do what they hav been told to
Nobdy ll come out of shell and help you if you need smthing although jst a very average kind of super market nthing special in it

Asked for a taxi. The fella was trying to charge 15 quid for less than a mile. When I said that was a bit steep he told me to walk then.. smart answer il give him that but awful customer service ????
