DON'T rent here!! We are struggling with the fire alarm system, it'll wake you up every day!!! Since 3 years we are facing this issue, the alarm in all rooms so loud, so you will wake up for sure, maintenance very bad, A.C running all the time with dust.

I really dont like putting up bad reviews, but this was needed for future tenants. Because I wish someone did earlier.

The room sizes are definitely spacious. But I guess that’s not what really matters.

It’s been a year now in this building and the maintenance lacks in the every way!!!

1. The fire alarm is definitely defective.. it will go off at anytime and sometimes at such odd hours of the night…
2. The water from the taps are BROWN!!!! I have taken it up with the maintenance company soo many times and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT.
3. The Aircon ducts are definitely never been cleaned… you will randomly find dirt particles fall.
4. They have just 2 men maintaining the building.. how is that possible????
5. If you do put in a request for maintenance in the house…. It will be a miracle if its ever done on time!!!
I have been waiting on them to finish the needed job in the house for the past 2 months!! and it’s yet not resolved…

The rent we pay… is it really worth it?? NOOO!!

Quality maintenance you need to buck up!!!

The reviews regarding alarms is true. An alarm goes off daily to inform us something about the gas and fire alarms go off at all hours. Air conditioning ducts are dirty and spread mold. This is common all over Dubai. If these were fixed, it would be five stars.

It's nice apartment, decent size but the alarm seems a problem for years now, it rangs in the middle of night at 1am till 6 am. For more than 15 times, and it happened many times, plus i have been reading reviews. And plus the company is asking for renewal fee of more than 1000, plus the contract rent. Never heard of this renewal fee in my 11 years in Dubai.is that normal? Plus they said theres steam, so one day we want to go, but the life guard said they don't have that here.

Very bad real estate management, you call every single person there to get one thing done, takes them ages to answer emails.

My apartment flooded twice, A/C tripped 3 times all in one year only!

Sound isolation is really bad you can hear what the last apartment in your floor saying if you’re next to the elevator.

Elevators are always dirty.

Fire alarm has a problem it always rings for nothing and they are not able to stop it, it rings, there’s a time that the alarm rang for more than 40 mins continuously from 3 AM and they were not able to stop it until the fire department came and the company who installed the alarm came to stop it.

It’s a huge apartment, but its not worth the hustle with the bad management.

I totally do not recommend you stay here.

All the 5 stars reviews are fake, and either done by the real estate company or the agents.

I have been living in this building for the last 3 months and I must say I’m extremely disappointed! There is a glitch with the fire alarm in the building, which sets off at any time of the day or night...and it’s super loud in every room. They don’t know how to shut it down in time so it keeps ringing. So if you have kids, are a heart patient or just care about sleep, don’t live here!! I hate it!!!

Last week my husband has paid the initial amount to agent 3k for security deposite 1k for admin fee and 300 for ejari after receiving the payment agent doesn't respones us he seen our msgs also...I have a proof let me share here...and also share the agent num

Why agent is not responding i have paid the security deposit admin fee and and also ejari after this agent Is not responding for our msgs and not receiving the phone I have paid total 4300 dirham... very bad experience
