Bab Al Shams is a wonderful getaway from the noisy city.
Calm and luxurios.
Wonderful and professional staff.
Great service.
Pools and the pool bars are cool...
Cozy rooms
Kids will have a good time with the camel ride, falcon holding and also the kids club is quite engaging.
Restaurant is amazing with a lavish menu and good service.
Overall a wonderful experience.

An absolute gem in the desert. Stayed there only one night, however everything was perfect since the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out. We got a complimentary room upgrade which was great. First off - the design of the place is next level, cleanliness impeccable, staff very polite and kind, amazing facilities, picturesque pool area, complimentary camel rides and falcon. Then the breakfast buffet was out of this world, very fresh ingredients and a great variety of food,chef station, fresh juice station and everything you could actually think of. The restaurant on the rooftop was amazing, very diverse menu, nice ambient atmosphere and music and again amazing staff. Thank you to the hosts if we have the chance we will definitely be returning.

A very lovely place to stay. The room is beyond clean and comfortable. It is exquisitely decorated and has its unique and artistic style. I enjoyed the horse riding experience a lot! The resort is very close to a well-organized stable, with great view.

Appears the same on the outside as before the extensive renovation which took place in 2022/2023, but enter inside, and it looks like a different hotel. Gone is the traditional Emirati look this hotel was famous for and replaced by more generic colonial, Mediterranean look and feel. It's brighter, fresher and contemporary. Some may like it, some won't. My feelings were mixed to be honest. The service is still great, food was awesome, so it the amazing location. Still a worthy luxury destination. But visit with an open mind, especially if you've been there before.

The first time I stayed in a desert resort and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The room are comfortable and clean. All the staff are nice and the service are perfect. The environment and activities are wonderful, especially the swimming pool located in the desert. It's good for families. The buffet and food are amazing. It's a little pricy, but it worth it! I will definitely come back if I visited Dubai again.

Great location in the desert near Dubai. Great pool facilities for adults and families! Top service and super friendly and service minded staff without being too intrusive. 3 great restaurants. The only thing I missed here was a local rent-a-quad to have a “little action fun” in the desert, but not everyone is an action freak so therefor 5 ⭐️ for everything.

From the moment we arrived at this stunning hotel, we were treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional.

The staff deserve a special mention - their attention to detail, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel welcome from the very start. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly smile and promptly checked in by the reception team, setting the tone for our delightful stay.

The hotel's pool area was another highlight of our stay. It was immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing a tranquil setting for relaxation. The poolside service was fantastic, with staff routinely checking on guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

In conclusion, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort and top-notch service. It is a place where the staff go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction, the food is simply divine, and the facilities, especially the pool, are of the highest standard. We left feeling thoroughly pampered and are already planning our return visit. For anyone seeking a memorable stay, we highly recommend this hotel. It truly is a five-star experience.

We had the most magical one night experience here. Everything was perfect from room
design to staff ( special mention Mr Boules). Every member of staff greets you with kindness and a big smile. They will go above and beyond to please you. Breakfast options were superior to any other hotel we’ve been recently. The Arabian desert is enchanting at night and the infinity pool overlooking the golden dunes is spectacular. At 5 pm you can get to ride a camel for a few minutes and hold a falcon all complimentary. Some minor refurbishment still happening around the resort as they recently reopened but it’s not noisy. More paid experiences are a available to book like: horse riding , fat bike , camel ride, archery, private hot air balloon ride and desert walks. The best terrace with stunning views of the sunset is going to open in a few weeks and it’s a pity we didn’t get to experience that however we can’t wait to book a longer stay soon.
