I wish this message to be delivered to entire BAFCO management and hopefully entire structure of the organization will be reviewed to a much better level so that the customers will not have to suffer from clearly disorganized and unreliable BAFCO staff.
Our order with your company was placed very well in advance, 3 months prior to expected delivery. All being executed absolutely on time from our side as a customer.
Once order was placed only if we reached out to BAFCO (not from BAFCO side as it has to be), we kept getting only one line as an answer - all is as per schedule, however it was clearly not!
With just couple of days of expected delivery into our office, just and only then we were informed about massive delay for us since massive part of the order did not arrive, not cleared and whole plan is pushed back, by giving very strange excuses.
It is highly and highly unprofessional, no one knows anything, not taking any responsibility, kept us keep chasing for at least some update and yet kept delaying.
