We stumbled across this Museum while visiting the Gold Souk it is about five minutes on foot from the Gold Souk.

Interesting history about Emirati women with really only about one and a half floors of exhibits.

Be prepared to spend only about 30 mins for this museum. We paid 20AED per person for the ticket

This place is a hidden gem.Follow google map by walk to reach this.Shows the Rich culture and heritage of Emarati womens with a collection of items donated as well as acquired.
A must visit museum in dubai thatshows the significant role of the emirati woman through time.

Fascinating, glad to have visited. You can get a glimpse of the history of the UAE through the eyes of the women who helped build it.

Well presented archive of objects and documents, together with library. Enjoyed discussions with the Emirati female staff on duty.

Located near to the Dubai Gold Souq.

This museum is a hidden gem located in a small alley and it’s very easy to miss. It’s relatively small museum, but packed with a lot of information about the role women in the UAE. It displays social, economical and political aspects in which were influenced by women. There is a also a small gift shop, a library and a conference room. In here you can find all sort of documents, photos, personal items and art. The ticket costs 20 aeds (Jan. 2022). I think it is worth it to pay a visit if you are in the Gold Souk area.

I've visited the Women's Museum in April, it was a nice visit. They have much recent and background information about the development of the women in the Emirates. The only disadvantage for me was that the women who gave the tour only gave information about the gallery on the ground flour. When I got to the other galleries I didn't got any information about what I was looking at, especially for the third floor it was a pity. The third floor was dedicated to a female poet with only arabic texts and without any English translation.
