My husband and I are visiting from America. We looked online for lamb Mandi and found this place. The place doesn't look fancy but the food is great which is all that matters. They also let us sit in a private booth with traditional floor seating and a curtain. It was so lovely. The lamb was so flavorful and fell off the bone because it was cooked so well. The rice was delicious. We also had a Greek Salad with it. They brought out a brothy soup with onions and small salad first. Service was nice. The chai by the counter is self pour and was so soothing and yummy. It set off the meal nicely. Clean facility. Very, very happy to have found this place. Will visit again if we come back to Dubai. I suggest it. We shared one meal for 75 AED and were both stuffed. Large portions. One plate feeds 2 adults.

The first time we tried for delivery - Meat Mandhi. So excited to taste it that i forgot to take a picture! Haha Hence, today we visited the restaurant - ordered Chicken Madfun… it is so satisfying! Will be back for Chicken Mazbi ???????????? Thanks to the great team from kitchen to services ????????????????????????

Meat is well cooked.Perfectly grilled chicken.But rice was dry.Nice service.

In Discovery Garden we don't have too many options for rice lovers, Bait al Karam is the best available option.
we can find parking easily, seating arrangements is also good, for families they have separate area.
We order chicken madfoon and chicken madbi, food was quite tasty.
We also ordered Kunafa that was OK also.
Cleanness was very good over all experience was good also.

Must try Mandi in Discovery Gardens.

This is not an ad nor a collab. I went as a paying customer, not expecting much but still wanted to try this place. But I was in for a surprise!!!

I didn’t expect much ‘coz it’s a quaint place situated not on the main DG road, the interiors are basic and as I walked in, I saw a lot of bachelors (of different nationalities) and just one family.

We sat in one of the 2 or 3 private dining areas that is set up in a traditional Yemeni manner.

We ordered a Katef Mandi (Katef is the shoulder part) and ohh boy!!!! the meat was sooo tender and juicy. It was just melting in the mouth. The accompanying soup and red spicy gravy was really good too. The only drawback I felt was that the rice could have been more flavorful. The portion size is perfect for 3.

Not as expected...

Overpriced or can say not worth for the money being paid.

Only below average taste.

Cannot even be compared to other similar signatory shops in Dubai or UAE.

Not good and never suggestible with respect to taste, quantity, price or anything.

It was wondeeful food - 'Mandi' both mutton ribs and checken. The special sweet dish, i forgot the name was superb. Finally u must enjoy green tea with special mint.
