Good cafeteria with variety of sandwiches,
highly recommend to try their pubG sandwich.
Juices are average with higher price than other cafes with similar offerings.

Really great stuff here! The food is so fresh + very fairly priced. Come here for breakfast once in a while. For delivery, you get excellent service. My order came much later than expected unfortunately but really, nothings better than eating inside there. The atmosphere is great, place is neat & staff are super kind and quick.

One of the best cafeterias out there! Also the karak rocks ????

Baith al Shay, situated in Jumeirah, was highly praised by vlogger Basims Plate as Dubai's ultimate cafeteria, leading me to try it out. However, my experience left me unsatisfied. While the food and service were decent.
sandwiches, coffee, and chai were just ordinary, typical of any cafeteria.
The menu lacked creativity and stood no different from other similar establishments. Despite feeling content with the overall experience, it fell short of the hype generated by the blogger's review.
Baith al Shay is a satisfactory spot for a regular meal, but it doesn't deliver the exceptional experience promised by the blogger.

Nice sandwich and wide selection of fantasy fresh cocktails. Ur favorites karak tea and parata sandwich . They come to your car and serve your order to the car . Cafeteria prices usually is fractions of coffee shop prices but just as good drinks and sandwiches. Recommend for families as there are happy drinks suitable for kids . Take big order hit to the beach wallet friendly . Enjoy . احلى شاي كرك و سندويش شبس عمان فىً جميرا . العصائر ممتازه .

I had been here for the highly known "PUBG" sandwich which is fantastic, I have been there 4-5 times ever since my first visit and I would continue to go there for it.

It is an affordable place not pricey at all, the staff are good to be around and the area is a nice spot to hangout at.

Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice sandwich.

Karak chai is not good, pubg porotta is a must try and all other items are average only

I ordered food from here. The shop is just opposite to my working place. After waiting more than an hour.I called them . They said they will deliver once the delivery boy arrives so I must wait longer.They delivered the food after 90 minutes . So guys, If we want food from them. We need to order before 3 hours. And then you will get a cold food. And if you complaint, the guy who took your call will be rude to you.

The paratha is not done as well as the branch in al quoz, the ratio of cheese hot sauce and chips is not right and sometimes it gets soggy.
