We enjoyed breakfast in Ballaro. Mouthwatering selection of dishes in Buffet. Great ambiance and relaxing. I definitely need to highlight the impeccable service of Anilla. She’s so attentive in all our needs and so bubbly and friendly.She’s for sure great asset to Hotel.♥️
We will definitely come back.

Great place for Buffett dinner in Italian style. They have many different food items from different countries. Here are really for everyone to find some tasty. I liked the Middle Eastern kebabs section and salads. Also some options with fresh fruits and soft drinks. And thank to the friendly staff as Peter, Dimas and Ayo(hopefully correct) of Ballaro team.

Fantaaaaastic service by a very genuinely caring staff.....Food is tasty and it's a pleasure to dine here.
Food options are a tad bit limited but the smiling servers more than compensate for it.
Shall definitely come again... and again

Me and my wife enjoyed dining at Ballaro at Conrad Dubai, throughout our stay.
The team are simply amazing, very helpful, polite and serve you from the heart.
I must say they have one of the best breakfast buffet that I have experienced, even the al Cart menu for Lunch and dinner had amazing variety and different options.

we certainly look forward to coming again soon

We had iftar there on 10th of April 2023 and we enjoyed the food and services. The quality is great and the taste is very good. There good varieties of food and not much vegetarian options. The staff are very helpful and cleaning the table is fast. The sitting was outdoor and I really like it. It is very lovely when the weather is good to sit outdoor and enjoy your food. I recommend it and thank you guys for your efforts.

Options for vegetarians are less. Staff is not aware of the dishes. I asked if they have Ravioli staff answered I am not aware of any dish of that name.

Soup was good in taste. Pizza was tasteless and distorted in shape I am not sure why. I waited for 10-15 mins to ask for bill as no staff was around and another 5 mins to pay as the staff was unable to take the payment as I was looking forward to pay through zomato.

In all a bad experience. The bread was not soft at all.

We were at Conrad for one week and had half board. The Ballaro is a nice restaurant with a very kind and friendly staff. Lots of tables available. The menu for Halfboard is ok, but gets repetitive very quickly. Maybe some more choice would be very appreciated, especially when you're there for more than one week. Food is delicious and the portions are very generous.
