Honestly good service but bad quality, these balloons were dead in less then 24hours!
Tried reaching out to them and know more details but no replies, very disappointed. Not worth the price

I had a terrible experience with this balloon shop. They delivered helium balloons that were completely deflated, but when I contacted customer service to ask for an explanation, they accused me of lying and insisted that it was impossible for the balloons to be deflated upon delivery. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service was extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.

Materials are so bad, overpriced and the girls in the shop are not decision makers so when you complain they even made it worst with the answer. I didn’t like their treatment and quality, I’m living in the same area but I prefer to order online rather than buy from them. I would not post this if the manager or owner took my complaint seriously but unfortunately they kept making non sense excuse. If it’s a first time I would give them a benefit of doubt but I’ve been buying from them for the past 8 years and every time the balloons keep deflated after couple of hours. Last time I bought from another shop across the street and the balloons stayed in good condition for 3 days. Again in my daughter birthday I’ve ordered from different shop but they forgot one letter. We bought one letter without hilum for AED57!!! The guy from the different shop he has done the setup and used same technique for all the letters but unfortunately the E letter from this shop was so bad and didn’t stay. I was so embarrassed and when I complained they said because they are not the one who put the air in!!! I’ll never buy from them again never!!

Very overpriced store - Not worth it at all. Can get the same designs of balloons and party supplies at half price or less at other places in the city like party zone or party centre. Definitely skip and you're better off getting supplies from elsewhere!
