I bought balloons there one day before my son's birthday party. Less than 24 hours after the purchase before the party even started all ballons were already down on the floor. What kind of quality it is? Very disappointed.

I've used Balloons and More on two occasions - the first was for an office party, and the second was (very late notice) for a friend's birthday. On both occasions, it was a pleasure to deal with them. The staff have been very friendly and helpful, the delivery was prompt and transaction went very smoothly. Most importantly, the finished products were great. Highly recommended.

This place is on entertainer. When I called them and spoke to thrm about it, they said that they would deliver if the charges were over 250 AED. I was OK with it, so I came to the store to make the order... When I asked the store keeper for the delivery, he said there would be a delivery charges for all the petrol being used. I was like OK, how much would you charge to deliver 100 balloons to Mirdif, mind you the store is in Jumeirah... He said 100 AED! He must be using helium to drive his vehicle to charge us 100 AED for a delivery on top of 250 AED order. All because we wanted to use entertainer. If you don't want to provide discounts, I suggest don't put yourself on discount sites. I rather buy full price from stores in Mirdif full price than to come to you to be robbed!

Very bad service, as soon as you mention you want to use the entertainer they switch and dont even recognise you are human and ignore you. Very bad - if you do not want to offer clients althe entertainer discount then do not put your company on there....simple!

Rang for a taxi after calling round a load of numbers I'd never tried for taxis before. Was told 10-15 mins. Requested a call when they were outside. Very prompt, call within 10 mins and couldn't have been a nicer driver
