Very bad shopping experience at this store!

I wanted a belt. but it was too long, I was offered to shorten it. I agreed. the consultant measured the waist. cut off the belt. Now this belt is going to the trash! money thrown away! I got a VERY short belt. barely reaches 1 hole. I was dissatisfied!!

when I said that the belt doesn’t fit me, they just shook their hands!

The manager called me yesterday. to resolve the conflict that has arisen. said that it is POSSIBLE to change the belt, because I am a special guest. Yeah of course. not because I left a bad review

said they had a new employee and he was inexperienced. called me today. skzaal, that I myself in vspm is to blame. because the belt was cut in front of me. to which I said that I have no such experience !!! And I asked a question, what size of a belt will approach or suit me!!!!

Mannar & Analyn were the most customer centric staff .. my daughter mananya became a sales assistant with them .. we picked 8 items from the store just because the staff was great .. balmain dubai hills has changed my experience about the brand which was killed and tarnished by mall of emirates .. going forward if I am buying balmain for me the destination is dubai hills mall. I am from india n ws desperately trying to reach out to balmain dubai hill mall outlet but there ws no response.i like to mention one executive Ms Manar working there.she has gone beyond her duty to help me for buying products from her store.had she bin not there i wd have dropped the idea.i must thank her on this forum as staffs like her are impossible to find.thank u ms manar for all ur efforts !!
