Earlier this bank was bad and now for last 2 year it's become worst.
The most of the staff are of typical Indian buerocracy mentality specially the new Chief Executive ,they are very unprofessional, even for a small work they took too much of time.
The CE Nishant Ranjan also behaves like owner of bank,not employee, don't want to meet customer, according to him customer can't meet him,have to meet his subordinate,so much of rudeness, new staff are also like him,hope he get transferred soon otherwise one of the oldest bank in Dubai will be closed soon.

Worst service for NRIs. Only 3 counters are available, whatever be the customer crowd. More than 30minute is the average waiting time in weekday.
I submitted docs for Re-kyc, from last 10days no update. No one picks the phone calls. Now following up taking token again and waiting for my turn.
In this digital world we are still going and wasting time by visiting branch.

What a worst service ever. First I has received sms to update my kyc which is expired but still has validity of docs for almost 3 months.
I visited branch met representative he assured all docs are updated and sent me back.
After a month they seized my accounts n when i called em back said to submit docs again. Which i have done through email. But later when i checked nothing was done.

Very frustrated since all the cash are inside atm only.

Godnsake even call center do nothing.

Very very bad experience. I visited Sheikh Zayed Road branch several times. Just to complete one KYC they took around 4 months. Called them count less number of times. The online banking is the worst of all as nothing works. You need to visit the bank for everything no staff at BOB works. It is still a surprise that this bank still exists with such a bad customer support. Once I visit India this time, I will 100% close my account. They treat their customers as though they donating money to us.

One of the oldest bank in Dubai and I am having my company accounts with them for years but now it looks have to change. Only USP they have that they are the only Indian bank in UAE with full fledged banking licenses,if there would have any other bank I would have changed without any second thought.
Earlier service was good but now in last one year service has deteriorated multiple times,can see reason for that change in local management.When mr Anand kumar was there every thing was ok,he was very responsive and for any problem he take personal intrested to resolve in proper way,Customer was able to meet him any time but since mr Nishant came everything changed,he doesn't work as a team leader but as a so called boss but that doesn't work,he don't want to meet any customer ,this is not a way to work,he is CE and need to be customer friendly.He behaves like a typical India bureaucrat with unjustified ego,sorry sir but this attitude won't work in Dubai.His junior mr Anil is another hurdle for the bank,he is like a true indian politician,in your face talk something and in back of you talk and do something else.
Not only top management but also junior staff attitude is very negative,earlier staff were good but last year many staff went back to India and those who came in place of them clearly lack motivation to work.They are busy among themselves.
In Indian culture and even Arab culture its common to distribute sweets/small gifts during festivals like Eid and Diwali,we were doing it for years.Last Diwali when be reach Dubai branch come to know that we can't offers sweets to the staff as per new policy,even there was a banner about that,very humiliating,What management think that do we offer sweets to get any favour from staffs,no,we just offers as a courtesy during festival,they are like our family members but looks management thinks other way,very disappointed,any more surprisingly came to know that top management like Mr Nishant and Mr Anil had openly accepted gift at their home,why this dual policy? Sorry to say but its very sick mentality of management.
Online banking is also way behind any bank in UAE with lots of problem.
Sorry but time to change the bank,not going to do business with current level of service.

The ATM machine is removed, and the branch is also closed. You can still deposit the cheques with the security but that is the only thing that you can do. The outdated online platform needs a refresh.

Very very bad experience from BOB NRI cell. As advised by branch manager from India, I approached NRI cell team from BOB karama branch, I have submitted all required documents to open my NRI and NRO accounts 20days ago. Still it is pending and not opened.

Such a worst experiance from this branch, especially from Mr. Nitin Gupta Chief Manager of the branch who is only interested to take care lady customers. We waited for more than 2 hours to clear one of my company cheque. Counter staffs lead to manager to complete the formality. Dubai as developing paperless transaction hub we didnt print out the documents but as per his requirement we mailed all documents. Without completing our transaction he took other customers and made us wait for long time again. At the end he have didnt took the print out properly and behaving to me as his office boy.
Mr. Nitin Gupta is the worst manager i saw all over the UAE. As a business man we used to deal with almost all banks and managers, but he is the one who show such bad attitute who dont want to take care customers and showing bad expressions as we came from some slum.
Such a bad experiance!!!!! Dont go to this guy as he is not interested to work on customer satisfaction.

We had a good impression on bank of baroda as it have a good customer service. But its completely worst from bank of baroda and Mr. Nitin Gupta as our expectations are entirely different from Bank of Baroda
