It's terrible to have any bank owned a residential property. You can't pay online. Bank closes at 1:30. Their machine doesn't have the feature of a deposit to any account but only your accounts, which you have cards. So, you must leave your work to make a deposit. I couldn't understand which digital the bank is claiming. In short Why I should leave my work to deposit due money to a third-party account?

Excellent customer service, felt very impressive with there quick response and service. I went to their branch with my 20 months old baby, understanding my situation. They filled the form on my behalf and did not made me wait and completed my request in no time.

Atm available. Teller available. You can encash cheque. Many counters and fews customers. Bank open from 9am to 12pm only.

The bank manager is always screaming and yelling on the phone and on the staff. The atmosphere is so unprofessional. And there is no ticket system. Its a NO star bank rather than 1 star.

For a normal cheque they wait me one hour,
They Don't have any respect for customers

As told in the first comment... manager is so loud and yelling at everything she does... no tickets no system
Just sit and follow as you can guess...
the employees are unprofessional
