This is the slowest bank in the world…
One normal cheque transaction takes hours for them to process, They should change their name to “Bank of Snails”… very slow & unprofessional

it is the slowest bank in the world.
for cash/cheque deposit or withdrawal keep in your mind more than one hour.
staff is rude & non cooperative at all. worst bank of my life

Worst place . Staff is not cooperative . Not professional. Went to get cheque return documents met Ms T**a*a . She is very rude. I am also a banker she don't know how to respond . She is very un professional. Theit HR should teach how to respect customers. Sitting in front office with this attitude is un acceptable.

I was dreading a blom bank visit knowing the one in Debra is very small and has zero parking. This branch however has its own parking space and is quite big seems more organised.

What a bad service.. So limited with their branches and they close at 13:30 on weekdays and 12:30 on Thursdays.. Wow.. Great job..
