I have been a customer with Banque Misr, this Dubai branch, for two years now. Both personal and corporate accounts.

What makes BM a pleasure to work with is truly the people that work here. Almost without exception, from reception to customer services, to tellers, to back office, and our amazing corporate Relationship Manager - the service and support received is professional, fast, friendly and personal.

Poor. Charged me £8 (not the cheapest wash) to leave a dirty car. Not in places that are hard to get to either. Snow foam left on car not more than a few seconds before being rinsed off. Dirty water marks all over car after it had apparently been dried. Sponges picked up from floor and used on cars straight after.

They are now washing properly alloy wheels not cleaned when I request to clean they didn’t do . Front glass not clean well. Cost is 18 pounds that’s really high price

The best car wash I’ve been to, I only take my cars here to get washed and valeted as I’m a fussy person when it comes to cleaning my cars. Very friendly staff and the jobs are always on point. I Would definitely highly recommend.

First class every time. Great team. So great I think a £6 wash is worth a £4 tip or you could have a £10 wash and polish!

Charged £10 for a regular basic car wash. There was nothing special about the £10 service. Don’t waste your money and go for the regular wash. Trust me

A standard car wash can do a good job if you stand and point out all the issues and charge £15 for full in and out. So standard price no air fresheners given.

Today I went to the first time to this car wash. Very good wash and detail cleaning. Great job. I will be regular and will tell my wife and friends to come to The Car Wash....

It used to be one of the better car wash places but now it’s pricey and they do not care for your car will scrape the paint out and cause all’s pets of marks on the car if you are not careful… most of the cleaners do not understand English and will look at you as if they are obliging you by cleaning your car!! Avoid unless no other option!
