Delivery is late by 3 hours or more compared to the slot selected. There is never an apology for late deliveries. Just a driver calling over and over and asking for your location.
Had the possibility of being a good option, but alas operations make or break a brand.

If any item missing on the delivery driver says I don’t know, who will acknowledge the missing item. Totally unprofessional experience from the barakat team. Initially the quality of fruits and vegetables were good and now no choices and quality gone low.
Similarly, they refund only fresh coins which we don’t know exactly how much it worth, never refund our money back.
Very poor service

But I realized that certain juices like Avacado you do add sugar and milk. This really not good because we drink them thinking that 100% juice but actually they are not. If you do so then you have to mention it clearly in the label. We see this information in tiny letters at the ingredient section. I noticed this after recently and felt really disappointing.

We waste lots of money on cold drinks as we know what they do to our health , so my advice spend a little more and have fresh and natural things.
