A perfect place for big families, friends and couples. We were a team of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed the delicacies. Very authentic and tasteful. Wish they pay attention to the leaking ceilings, dripping water into the buffet which gives a bad impression on hygiene.

Went to Riverland Dubai few days ago. Had dinner in BBQ Delights.
Beautifully decorated restaurant. They have outside seating arrangements also. Tonight it was a overcrowded place.. But staffs were trying their best to organised everything very well.
They served wide range of items in their buffet.
There were different types of salads, appetizers and main course. And a lot of options for dessert.
We found most of the items were cold.. specially biryani was cold, not hot enough.
They should provide more fish items and vegetable items in buffet.
Only one fish item was there.
sweets: gajar ka halwa, shahi tukra was yummy.
Food:3/5
Service 4/5
Atmosphere 4/5

Horrible service. I ve been to other bbq delights many years ago and food was good. We had kebabs and pipilav. The staff mixed up the order. Rice was overcooked and no taste. Meat was boiled. After a long day at Legoland. The staff were ignoring us as some took menu option rather than buffet. Hubby had buffet very limited spicy selection poor dessert selection and felt sick afterward.

The service was poor. The waiters seemed to be in their own world. The menu was very misleading. The components of the dishes were to be ordered separately. We asked a waiter about portion sizes, and were told each main dish could feed 2 people, but the portions turned out to be really small, not enough for one child. We ordered a dish of butter chicken, a dish of lamb mantoo and a dish of beef seekh kabab, all of which were listed as main courses, as well as rice and naan. The lamb mantoo dish only had four small pieces in it, and we were told by the manager that it was an appetizer, even though it was specifically listed as a main course. It was also very dry and flavorless. The butter chicken tasted like cardamom, chili, and nothing else, and barely had any chicken in it. I've had much better butter chicken at food courts. The kabab (4 pieces) was spicy but otherwise bland. The bread was decent. The manager was very condescending as he offered us extra food, which we refused, while still denying that the menu or the waiter's suggestions were misleading. Don't waste your money, if you want good south asian food, just go to a mall food court.

The buffet menu was not as good as you would get at lal Qila or BBQ Tonight. Very few salad options that too the basic ones, also the main course options were limited. The price here is slight higher then their other branches and the taste is okay. Having said this its still probably the best desi resturant on River Land (Dubai Parks and Resorts).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Arrive at 4pm on Saturday with a 10 month old baby.
When arrive there was only 2 people in front.
After waiting 3 hours and getting impatient as baby was hungry and tired I asked the receptionist how long it was going to take she told me we was next so I sat back down. My daughter was in a lot of pain with an ear infection and it was extremely hot in the room.
Then I see the doctor walk out (there was only one doctor working) I approach the receptionist again and ask did the doctor just leave and she said yes his gone on his break and just to let you know there is now an emergency in-front if you! I asked if there was an emergency why is the doctor on break and she said because he deserves a break bearing in mind this was at 7:15 and the centre was due to close at 8pm! Between patients there was at least 40 minutes until the next was called in.
Very appalling service the place is being run completely wrong.
Would be better off shut down. 4 hours in total of waiting when the place was empty! This place is no help what so ever and would be better off going to A&E I would absolutely never return here again.

Disgusting and Awful Service ( Had Urgent treatment appointment , Only One Doctor was Available as per receptionist , waited 5 hours and upon Questioning the receptionist, why is taking too long and what us our queue Number on their secretive queue system , she inform 8 patients ahead and will take 2 to 3 hours more !

Rediculos ,How you can expect this kind of service 8 hours waiting time , where is the Govt fundings going and the tax public paying.

No Proper Queue system , No Doctors , Nurses wandering around with Coffee cups like they Climbed ????️Mount Everest.

Patience looking at eachother Faces and saying untold stories without speaking , what a F B is this NHS become ! Shameeee

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I'm not one to really leave reviews, but after my experience, I felt I should. I arrived at the walk in centre on Saturday morning, just after 10am, and queued to register. I went there to get my stitches removed, to which the receptionist told me "they don't do that here" despite being told they could do it just two weeks prior. In the end she registered me anyway, and was seen relatively quickly in the consultation room. The consultant told me we'd be better off going to the Simple Wound Clinic in Hornchurch, but there were no appointments available for another 2 weeks - I'd already had an infection so would’ve have been dangerous to leave the stitches in a lot longer than necessary. We stayed put at the walk in centre and were told an initial 2/3 hour wait which was fine, and we were happy to wait.

After waiting a while, we realised there was only 1 doctor seeing all the patients, but that wasn't too bad as he was getting through them quite quickly. That doctor left around 1:15pm, and a new doctor took his place. This second doctor was incredibly slow, and left huge gaps in between calling out patients. Around 2pm (4 hours later) I went up to reception to ask how long the waiting time would be roughly, but the receptionist didn't really know, telling me there were 2 patients above me and i would be seen "soon" and agreed with me that it was taking an awfully long time. At this point, there were only 5 patients (including me) waiting to be seen, and yet new patients were arriving and walking straight out after being told they were expected to wait 4 hours in a practically empty waiting room! Also, there was a large number of patients that had arrived after us, that were seen and discharged hours before us.

Between 2 and 3:20pm, the doctor didn't call a single patient in to be seen. We'd been there for 5 hours just for something simple, and was starting to feel faint due to not eating/drinking all day. And that just reminded me that the consultant we'd seen earlier on in the day then had an UberEats delivery turn up with McDonalds! (Wish I'd taken a picture!)
So at 3:15pm (after over 5 hours!) my mum went up to reception to question how much longer it would be, the receptionist still didn't know, so we urged her to go to the doctor himself to check waiting times. Within 5 minutes, the receptionist came back and said the doctor would see us now. (Funny how he only chose to see us after we'd pushed several times to be seen ????). When we walked in the doctor thanked us for waiting (like we had a choice), with no apologies for the delay or anything! After all that, I was only in the medical room for about 5/10 minutes!

This was my second visit to the walk in centre and both times i've had similar experiences. I will not come here again.

Will be complaining and perhaps suing for an appalling service, the way the doctor/specialist treated me was absolutely out of order. I came with an existing problem, he wasn't listening and said all is ok, even though I've been suffering physical pain which affects my daily life, for almost 2 years now. He said to book another appointment to see if it gets better. was rude and did not care. all they care about is us making appointments so they get a bonus for it, meanwhile, we, the ordinary folk, have to suffer and nothing can be done about it.

We went there for an xray for my daughter who is one and they checked us in in the Reception and gave us blue card. However, after waiting for nearly 2 hours we were told that they don't take xrays for kids under 5 and we were asked to go queens instead. Which again made us to travel and start waiting from the scratch for more than 3 hours !! You would think the staff should know simple things like this before booking but unfortunately they don't. Please check couple of times with different staffs before starting to wait.

I would like to share my experience with this medical facility, although it was unfortunate and fell short of my expectations.

During our visit to this facility, we encountered significant challenges in terms of wait times and prioritization. My 13-month-old toddler, who was experiencing a high fever and an adverse reaction to previously prescribed antibiotics, required urgent attention. Despite contacting 111 and being advised to seek medical help, our child was placed at the bottom of the waiting list and continually moved down when new patients arrived. This was distressing, as we were concerned for our child's well-being and unsure of the underlying infection without a blood test.

After almost 5 hours of waiting, we decided to seek assistance elsewhere. In expressing our frustration, I regret that emotions got the better of me during a conversation with the receptionist. I did not direct any personal abuse toward them, but rather expressed my general frustration regarding the lack of care for my child's well-being. Regrettably, the situation escalated, and the police were called.

We subsequently sought medical attention at Romford Queens, where our child was seen within 2 hours. The doctor acknowledged the potential pain our child was experiencing due to the lack of medication received. We appreciate the timely and appropriate care provided at Romford Queens.

While I am disappointed with the service received at this facility, I would also like to share a separate personal experience regarding an eye issue. On a previous occasion, I sought assistance for a condition causing severe discomfort in my eye. Unfortunately, the triage nurse did not examine my eye, and I was directed to an eye clinic with a 5-day waiting period for an appointment. Due to the excruciating pain and urgency of the situation, I decided to visit a local private clinic instead. There, the clinician promptly identified and resolved the issue, providing immediate relief and prescribing appropriate eye drops.

It is disheartening when such experiences occur, and it leads to frustration about the allocation of resources. I believe it is essential to address these issues and strive for improved service delivery. I share these encounters to highlight areas where improvements can be made, particularly in ensuring timely and thorough medical assessments.

It is my sincere hope that steps will be taken to address the concerns raised in this review. Patients deserve efficient and compassionate care, and I believe by acknowledging shortcomings, we can work towards providing better experiences for everyone.

So, so bad. The staff gang up on you, when you have a legitimate appointment from a doctor's assessment on 111, they try to dismiss you. They lied that "they were at full capacity". This was a lie. Patients were seen in quick succession. It was the first time I've ever known a doctor to overrule another. The security guard (7th March) (UK black 5ft 9) a complete fool, claiming that stating the hierarchical fact, that doctors are higher than nurses is "so rude". Just like surgeons are higher than GPs. He was thoughly enjoying himself, thinking himself important, ganging up on a lone, anxiety ridden woman. I was alone and had to deal with these people, all together against you. The male receptionist (UK white, 50's, grey hair, stocky) turns from nice to nasty and had to apologise to me. Quite right. Never again
Go Queen's Hospital directly.

My experience was good. I came in on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 pm. Registered and waited for about 45 mins to be seen by a doctor, then waited another 15 mins to get the prescriptions. The staff were friendly, the doctor was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and explained well what I might have. Lots of parking available, overall a good clinic.
