Guys its awful!!! There is nothing about service!!! The people in reception they don’t even care anything. About your problem or needs. I don’t know how these people giving so fake reviews. We are living in this place more than 7month and it’s so disappointing. There is no proper washing machine at All. Believe me this comments and reviews are fake.

Employees in administration are incredibly rude. They have no knowledge about their job and the management doesn't care about it. All the good reviews about the place are fake, not recommended.

He puts a discounted price on the site, but when you go to book a room, the receptionist gives you a higher price than the price on the site. This is a deception move to attract customers!

They dont even deserve a star. I booked yesterday for tonight. The price we have agreed on whatsapp was not the same as when I came today. Annoying isn't it? Fyi its not about the money,its about how they treat their clients and how they manage this place. Terrible people in the reception. They didnt make a way to solve the problem. Theyre pointing fingers who I spoke to,but when I called the number,someone was holding the phone in the reception. They entertain a lot of people when I was the one who came first. Terrible customer service. So the reviews about them are true indeed. I refused to believe at first only to realize it is indeed true. I clearly told them that I will write a review,and it seems ok with them and doesnt care at all.

Whoever is responsible of the rentals here is either uninformed of what’s happening or has no clue on how to run a business
