Went yesterday with my two children (6 and 3), they spent just over two hours running around, playing, making friends etc......... plenty for them to do, lots of space.

Our 3 year old clearly banged his head somewhere and had a little lump but these things happen when they are running around and having so much fun.

I didn't have food but the drinks and place itself were absolutely spot on, we stayed 20 mins longer than our slot!

Only annoyance like all of these places is charging the adults to come in, I can never get my head around that, we are the ones spending the money!

We usually visit the play centre once every couple of months as the children love it. Food is usually really good and the actual play area is great. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 only because we visited last week during the day and it was freezing, I know it was only zero degrees outside but we found ourselves huddled under one of the heaters as myself and my son were so cold. I understand it was an off peak time and with the cost of heating such a big area in this current climate being so high but it sort of ruined it for us. That said please don’t let this stop you from visiting, as I said facilities, cleanliness and food all really good.

This is somewhere I have come many times over the years and it is very basic equipment and high prices compared to competitors. Considering there were hardly any toys for my 15 month old and children 5+ were coming into the baby area and taking toys from my daughter one even through equipment at her! Staff need adequate training to be out on the floor making sure kids are behaving.

Food was ok but again I don’t feel it is value for money.

I Visited playworld today. I arrived early before my booked time slot, and I had absolutely no issues with getting in. Playworld has plenty of tables and space inside to enjoy the fresh cooked food. YES FRESHLY COOKED FOOD. The environment is safe, clean and friendly.
The food is reasonably priced and they are accommodating around any dietary requirements.
The buisness owner is very approachable and will talk to customers when time allows and if needed and will do anything to resolve any issues.
The entrance fee is very reasonable compared to its competitors in the likes of Lincoln and scunthorpe.
The bathroom facilities are very good.

My children told me they enjoyed themselves.
I would definitely return again as I enjoy
ed the food, the friendliness and The value for money in all aspects.

My grandaughters loved it here Lovely play centre and able to sit anywhere and have a good view of them playing. Decent cup of coffee, can’t comment on the food but they have an extensive menu to suit all tastes. Extremely good value at £5 each for the girls and only £1 for me We will definitely return Warning for all grandmas the big slide is very fast ????????????

My 2 year old grandson had a lovely time. It was our second visit, it was fairly quiet this time. Really clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Booked last minute. Arrived to a friendly greeting and, although not busy a reserved table which was a nice touch.
The venue was clean and tables cleared and wiped promptly. My one criticism(hence 4 stars, not 5) was the americano coffee. Possibly the worst I’ve ever been served. It was brought to our table so didn’t see it being made but judging by the colour, contained very little actual coffee. To be fair, I didn’t return it so I’ll never know the response.
All in all, this is one of the best soft plays we found around the area and my grandsons are already requesting a return visit!

Brilliant soft play for my 5 and 2 year olds. Could see them pretty much the whole time when having a lovely hot chocolate. No issues with parking and prices was reasonable.
