This one located in the Pavilion Commercial center, Al Furjan. Very Spacious, Hygienic, well maintained. Durga Prasad does a wonderful Job here. Recently they had started home delivery, and they are taking orders until 10:30 PM.

Just got served by Mr. Mirza at 8pm. Such a great guy, smiling, cheerful, and very patient with explaining to me the offers they have on Smiles. And of course the ice cream and milkshake was fabulous.

Very friendly and helpful service from Asarudeen or Mirza. He always makes an effort to ensure you know the special offers and remembers what flavour I like every time. I love the chocolate peanut butter ice cream

9.40 pm - ordered a milkshake with hot fudge. Initially got the shake without the fudge. Upon complaint, the server emptied half of the shake in the sink and filled the space with fudge and gave it back. What kind of “shake” is that !!!!

Horrible experience from the sales person today at the Furjan pavilion dated 23rd sept 2021 timing between 1:30-2pm. I took my son to get an ice cream as we usually go it’s very normal as it’s in front of your home. He was super rude with me and my son. Non welcoming and had an attitude with his words. Please manage and give a bit more training to these kind of sales people and make them understand what customer service is. Highly disappointed today

Me and my friends just bought icecream in the pavilion branch, discovery gardens. The staff named “CHRIS” is giving a very bad customer service and somewhat rude. We tried to ask him things but he was not answering politely although we talked to him in a very friendly way. We are BR lovers but this experience is not right and hope he will change his attitude to customers.
