The attendant wouldn't make a special request icecream shake that I wanted. I had a protein shake with me and just asked him to add 2 scoops of ice cream and blend them. He refused saying it's not allowed despite me explaining that its just a vanilla protein shake and won't cause any damage to their holy blender or leave marks but in vain. I felt like I am telling him to put acid in their blender not a simple vanilla protein shake. Very bad customer service.

My opinion was good for their ice creams before but nowdays no tastes, other then few flavours like cotton candy chocolate moose and few more,but 80 %no flavours

The quality of milkshakes in Town Square are very bad , nuts being charged 4 aed for 2 spoons !!! Unbelievable! Second time I’m disappointed! I better will order it online:(

Craving for Ice cream then straight head to Baskin Robbins. There's nothing that can go wrong with this choice. Chose any flavor & simply devour???????? their Ice cream cakes are big plus & out of this world ????

Very unprofessional. Every time I order medium scoop, they fill half of it empty but fake it as if it is complete scoop. They need to stop before being reported to municipality.

The place was best and the flavors of the store are unique everywhere and the best thing about the flavor and the quality remains same everywhere the selection of the choices are huge and such a small store has a bigger optionsThe place was properly maintained well clean as well there was proper signage for Covid regulations and precautions even the dove they are well-maintained with mask and sanitizer The only thing made me disappointed is staff are not rude but the way they answered me back which is impolite and that’s not proper standards. Literally I ordered a big shake with the choice of Flavors and one bad thing I’ve noticed is when I asked for strawberry syrup the Employee told me that it’s chargeable for the thing I even told him last time when I was here I took it and everywhere I go I usually have it with the same style and even then still he told me that it’s still chargeable I said it’s fine you Can charge Then he refused to take the additional charge and told that’s fine this time is OK it’s fine to create the thing but not like big chain property you don’t have a point to say it actually. Make sure you follow same standards as other store. FYI

This new year we decided to stay indoors and not head out but as part of our in house celebration we ordered the Chocolate praline delight from this outlet around 11:00 pm. Being near years eve, they still delivered on time the medium size ice cream cake that was perfect for the two of us. In terms of taste it was excellent as well and decent value for money too.

Hopefully one day they'll be able to listen to a single instruction and also send ice cream that contains some ice left in it. Joke of a place
