The Bad:
Rude, grumpy staff who act like they are doing you a real favour by offering you ice cream. I’ll buy icecream from any other outlet rather than pick up some from this specific joint. Baskin robbins - get better, nicer staff.

The Good. Nice convenient location.

It is very disappointing that after being for half an hour in queue and they denied to accept apple pay which have same mashreq card.

There was nothing mentioned in mashreq bank offer that you must take physical card.

It was mentioned in offer that u must pay with mashreq pay but for others they accepted other bank card also. I don’t know why they don’t feel bad doing all this kind of stuff.

Rainbow ???? sorbet + nuts + cream and you have the perfect combination for a summer ice-cream.

Very bad customer service the African lady in counter by name Sumaya is highly unprofessional rude and arrogant lady seems she is standing in counter to fight with customer Galadari should seriously look into this matter highly disappointed

Love their combo offers 1 scoop 15 AED 2 scoop 25 AED with Brownie and syrup and toppings
