Very bad staff . We actually wanted to taste some ice cream but he said it is not allowed here . The staff was very very bad and not talking properly.

I wanted to use my salaam points and the guy said he doesn’t know how to use the machine. I said pls get the training on how to use it. He said NO! He charged my bank account instead of my salaam points and was upset that I said get the training.

Staff needs a jab for patience. Its an exhibition place, not a normal place like outlet or a shopping mall. Thus for maintaining hygienic standards need extra man-power to keep the place hygienic.
