The ice cream was good . However, giving 1 star due to the staff that was not willing to help us when we wanted to use my entertainer. He told us to come back when his supervisor is at work coz he doesn’t know how entertainer works . We explained to him, that we won’t be in the area anymore . We told him that we just needed the code of their store so he can scan the barcode from the app but he kept refusing to saying “I don’t know how to punch it” . We then requested him to call back his supervisor since he was talking to him on the phone twice while we were there . After insisting, he called his supervisor and was able to assist us in under a minute . Just the lack of willingness and finding ways to help first is disappointing. He could have tried to do it first before telling us multiple times that he doesn’t know how to do it . Extremely disappointing. ????????????

Very Bad Customer Service from the Serving Guy.
He doesn't have welcoming nature yet he's working in a reputed outlet. Whenever some offer's are not applicable, Communication shall be polite and respectful. If entertainer is not acceptable he doesn't need to speak in a rude and angry way. BR needs to train a lot in terms of customer service.

Your staff behaviour was very bad and rude.his name is masood and he is not sincere with work.his attitude was shocking for me.very bad experience

The place was busy but nonetheless the guy named Vincent who works at the night shift was very friendly and accommodating.

He has extreme patience and very helpful whenever he handles customers who does not know which flavor to choose.
He is very knowledgeable about the flavors.

The location is also perfect while taking a walk along JBR.

Customer service is pretty bad. The night shift crew had a hard time understanding the order not only with us but also 1 customer before us and 1 customer after us. It's a tourist spot, so I'd advise staff that are well equipped to understand different people.
