Complete disaster. Call on Mohamed because my friends recommended him but the service they gave me was very bad.

The curtain rod in the living room is not level and the central support, which is very visible, is crooked, in addition to all the holes that were made too much for not calculating the length of the curtains.

The blinds of one of the bedrooms also have a couple of visible extra holes. I understand that they were from Ikea and not yours, as the guy pointed out to me, but they promised to install them when I entrust the work to them so I expected a higher quality job.

The roman blins black out of one of the rooms is completely curved.

However, the worst of all was not the poorly done job, it was the customer service. And I called them, attaching photographs, so that they could solve some of the problems and the answer was that they would not come to check before 20 days or alternatively they would send me a handyman that I would have to pay myself.
The fact is that all this happened on March 9 and to this day no one has come to check.
In a few months I'll move again and I'd rather put the curtains myself than call these people.

Lovely items on sale well displayed. Good selection of plants and garden equipment. We popped into the cafe too. Okay sandwich, nice ambiance, pleasant surroundings, but tasteless coffee.

Hiya,
Just wanted to send a message and say that your staff are lovely and welcoming!

I came in for the first time today having found you on google to get out with my newborn, got chatting to a lovely lady behind the till and a young guy. She seemed genuinely interested and was really lovely about being a first time mum and that I was always welcome in there for a chat.
I will definitely be coming back and will bring my mummy friends for lunch.

Passed this way a few times but never noticed the garden centre or cafe before!!so stopped to have a look. Nice garden centre with a bit of everything nice clean toilets and warm friendly cafe with indoor seating that is dog friendly, it was lunch time fairly busy but no queue or wait. Good menu averegly priced lots of promo offers I.e. mad hatter tea party offer coming up in march , well priced. Food coming out looked lovely and well presented (I work in a similar restaurant so notice things!) We only had a coffee (lattes) and hot cross bun, but coffee
was piping hot!!! which as I have oat milk I have noticed it's not always the case, but mine was hot and creamy deffinetly a good brand Battista oat milk and of a high standard taste of cofee, good size mug for price, very popular place going on the amount of customer's ,and I can see why, a very relaxed feeling to the large airy main area, and the pet friendly area was just as warm set out with 13 tables, comfortable garden furniture seating, clearly numbered tables and very wheelchair friendly plenty of room between tables so you don't feel crammed in. Well worth a visit highy recommend

Love going for a wander round Hilltop. Bought some great plants - there’s a good selection. The cafe is huge here and usually very busy but today was relatively quiet and we got our food quicker than usual. The food choice is extensive. Clean toilets, good parking and friendly staff.

First visit. Nice plant areas, indoor and outdoor. Not an overly large site though.
The cafe facilities were well planned out,even an area for dog walkers.

A great garden centre with lots of plants to choose from, also a lovely cafe with plenty of seating inside and out, they sell a large amount of different items for the home and garden,also some clothes, well worth a visit. Plenty of free parking.
