The world‘s finest gourmet dates and amazing gourmet chocolates. Lovely brand with a strong heritage. Great to take home as a souvenir or to gift as luxury gift.

Just received a dates box with mixed dates from one of my dear friends in Saudi Arabia. Delivery was within a week from Dubai w/UPS to Vienna, Austria. I like what I see and it tastes really good. A clear recommandation to go with Bateel, thx!

The HR manager this filipina lady Mary Taparo is not following the proper rules of hiring staff.
They will send the offer letter first before the background checking. She dont have concern to her kabayan. They are spending metro fees attending 2 interviews and rejected offers from other companies because of the offer letter from the HR. Then suddenly they will send an email regarding withdrawal of offer letter they sent. They shouldve have done the background checking before sending offer letter.
Bateel is a big company. better to give Mary proper training your when recruiting staff. I hope this concern will reach the owner of the company.

We first tried the dates at the DXB airport and loved how fresh and high quality they were, so I made an online order last week to try out different types of the dates and I was happy that they shipped to Canada.
I received them a few days ago and I have to say we're very disappointed with the quality. These dates are dry and much inferior in quality. I sent them an email and didn’t get a response either.

this company has one of the worst services and date products. Uses old stocks of dates and reused dates. Some of their good reviews are just fakes. Beware!
