Bath & body works has everything that I need, it's impossible to leave the store with empty hands.
It's clean, well organized and it's smells really good, staff is great and they are always ready to help you.
Every time I visit my family I always give them something from this store.
Bath & body definitely is THE BEST.

Excellent customer service and helpful staff in this branch.

I bought a candle and while shopping in the mall I dropped the bag and the candle glass was broken into pieces, I went back to B&BW and the stuff were helpful and replaced my candle with a new one.

We are big fans of BBW candles as we really love the scents. Yesterday (October 29), we visited BBW branch in Me'aisem City Centre and it was a delightful experience. The staff there, Saba and Sean, were really helpful eventhough the shop is undermanned. The other customers were happy as well and we can hear them praising the two. It is very different with other BBW stores we visited across Dubai where staff are rude. Kudos to Saba and Sean. Keep up the good work and thank you for assisting us.

I visited the branch last Saturday (Aug 8) and the sales person was exceptionally rude to us. I brought my maid who was shopping in her last month in town before leaving the country for good. I thought the ‘big sale’ was on so I asked the sales person lady if there is any offers on the fine fragrance mist as the maid was looking to buy one for her family back home. The sales person reply “what offers you want, it’s now down to 25 dhs but the original was 85 dhs!!”. We left after that disappointed with the sales experience. I visited the website on the same day with the price listed as 12 dhs for some, but i couldn't place the order as well. After checking with customer care, the order couldn't be placed because the product is not available in stock and the website is not updated. That was 8 different items that i selected online, all not available. Please update the website with valid information.

My man Sean helped me pick up a gift under two minutes and the lady loved it. She even questioned if it was really me (thats how I figured it must be good).
