The mall is clean, spacious, and has plenty of natural light which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The variety of stores is impressive and I was able to find everything I needed in one convenient location.
The food options are also fantastic with a good mix of fast food and sit-down restaurants. The outdoor seating area is a great spot to enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
The mall also has plenty of parking which is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend Bay Avenue Mall to anyone looking for a great shopping and dining experience in Dubai.

Its specially for the tenants of Executive towers.
Its having several brands.
Its having DU & Etisalat telecom companies here.
This mall not open at late till night.
Many facilities and shop got closed by 10 pm.
They have outside parking free for 1 hour.
They have several good food brands outside of the mall.
Overall good experience.

Afternoon can get crowded specially in the foodcourt. I personally enjoy the food options and the restaurants at Bay Avenue. Its good to have a place to relax at during lunch break or after work without it being extremely crowded and that is my preference.
