It’s Really nice place. Parking is free for 1 hour, and then AED 10/ hour.
Right in the heart of Business Bay. With access to many retailers in Bay Avenue Mall. The cafes on the street are good. There’s a running track and a bicycle track. Green areas around and an amazing view over downtown and Burj Khalifa, and the ME Hotel

Fair price of 10 AED per hour. Plenty of space. Cash and card payments are possible. Cleaning services also available.

Numerous coffee shops restaurants and ice cream parlours and a very good medical clinic on the mezzanine level. Air conditioned interior.
Spinneys very busy at lunch time. Plenty of fresh fruit available.
Clean public toilets available, lots of parking spaces.
A children's playground is free to use.
