It's an excellent business hub in Dubai. A lot of commecial offices and well reputed compaies are there. This is connected with Dubai Metro but as the area is very vast you may need to take taxi or Metro bus to reach on your destination. It's the modern & advance side of Dubai.
And what's else is the Centralized location!

BaySquare is a wonderful commercial area located in Business Bay. I always marvel at the variety of eateries which are established there. Must try some of them.
I entered Choithram's Supermarket in Baysquare yesterday and as always found them to be way expensive compared to Spinneys or Carrefour. For example a box of Safety matches - made in Sweden, cost us Dhs 1.00 in LULU last saturday. Here it was priced at Dhs 1.60??? How come Choithram's gets away with charging us extra -much more extra prices?. Their outlet in Mankhool also charges extra on everything. Isn't there some governing body to go and check their prices and take corrective actions.
