Great Bikram and Hot Pilates classes center. The instructors are very good from all over the world and the facilities over all are pretty decent. Quite pricey and not very flexible with the packages or deals. They provide one towel and you can rent a yoga mat for 5dhs if you need it. Carpark is available.

Enjoyable Bikram classes, professional, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful instructors. Never too busy which is great. Room gets nice and hot but does vary in heat depending on where you are in the room. Free parking undercover if you honk your horn at the security gate they let you in.
Changing rooms are small and could do with an upgrade.
The carpeting in the hot room is unusual. It doesn’t put me off going, but replacing it with something that can be easily wiped clean would be an improvement in my opinion.

When I visited the studio, there were scary stains on the toilet seat and the showers looked super run down and dirty. The hot yoga studio has a carpet floor! Imagine how much sweat pours onto the carpet in one hot yoga class. Your mat has to touch that dirty carpet each time and when you’re doing floor poses your face comes close to touching it. So gross.

I only came to this studio because it had a good yoga instructor and was close to where I lived, however the instructor has since resigned.

Amazing place for Yoga. The trainers are very professional and understanding towards each persons personal capacity. Cant wait for tonights Yin Yoga class with Victoria ❤️

The classes are fine. What is beyond me and the reason I hold from going there again , is how a place that does bikram / hot yoga can keep carpet flooring on the floor (clearly the room used to be an office). It is so anti hygienic. Just a suggestion, replace with a laminate or a cement finish, anything that can be easily cleaned. ✨

Eric's class was the first time I had attended a hot yoga class. I really loved his energy and style of teaching. He is very motivational and supportive throughout the class. I am now a frequent attendee and would highly recommend.

Bikram instructor is very hands on and attentive. Hot inferno Pilates is also really fun. They do occasionally change classes without letting class pass attendees know which gets a tad annoying. Good experience overall.

On November 13, I was signed up for a Bikram yoga class with Larisa jean, but when I arrived it was closed. the next day, when I came and asked why you was closed, I signed up for the lesson, they began to say that no one was signing up and so they left, but I signed up and I have a notification about this, I will attach a photo. and they made me guilty of everything, when I tried to talk to them, the girl at the reception ignored me, and the teacher Larisa Jean said that I myself was to blame for everything ???? I am very upset by this attitude. only because people wanted to go home earlier, they made me guilty of everything, although they could just apologize for this situation and solve the problem in this way, and not say that I’m lying and didn’t sign up for the lesson

Unexpected stop off to feed the children, and this venue with the spacious and fun play area was ideal.
Ample paking and comfortable indoors and lots of outdoor seating.
The menu was the usual fare, presented very well. The chips were perfectly cooked, as was everything.
Well kept beers and the feeling of a hygienic kitchen/bar in a very cosy and traditional setting.
The young staff team were attentive, worked fast and did an effective job.
Well done staff team
All in all... outstripped my expectations

Very nice pub and warm welcome for everyone without any discrimination. It looks like fun activities keep going. Just drink was over priced as compared to previous experience.

Great atmosphere staff are ok.....went out for some tea and was very disappointed..vegetable lasagne came in a bowl it was like veg soup topped with cheese we also ordered a pie with chips which was over loaded with chips to compensate for the small microwaved pie. If your wanting a few drinks then it's a great place to spend your afternoon but a big no no for food.

Brilliant pub we hired it out for a birthday party and the staff and buffet was amazing we had a really great night and would highly recommend thankyou to all the staff for making our experience so awesome ❤️
