It was my 1st time with BBC Cargo. They were very professional and reliable. I send few of my Documents to Russia. They packed it very well and delivered to Doorstep on time. Need to mention Mr. Sami as well. Very supportive as well. I highly recommend it for all kind of shipments.

This is my first deal with bbc shipping co.
It was smooth and easy experience, they have shipped my goods from Al ain to Saudi Arabia, no haste and without any complications,

This is definitely the worst shipping company to deal with and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We have agreed with them on a door-to-door service from UAE to Lebanon after delays in the shipment reaching Lebanon they came and told us that we need to pick it up from the warehouse there and that they don't have this service it took us one full week with constant daily calls and follow-ups from me to them since they don't seem to know customer service to ship it to our building as they won't take it to the 4th floor I had to pay extra for it reaches my door the agreement wasn't fulfilled the staff is very rude specially Moahmed Sheraz he was he decided to hang up the phone since my anger of following up for 5 days wasn't okay to him different staff member Mohamed who I originally had the agreement with wasn't answering any of my calls and would only reply to me on WhatsApp and when I mentioned that please answer my call to explain he didn't and insisted on having the chat and yet he didn't give me any feedback on my concerns.

Not recommended all these reviews are fake and are done by them

I want to say gratitude to BBC cargo. Especially to Muhammad Sheraz for shipment my washing machine from Dubai to Russia. We received on time and safe with good condition. Thanks BBC cargo! I put 5 stars!!

BBC cargo is very professional shipping company. I have shipped some brand new furniture from Dubai to Qatar. They received the furniture in their warehouse, pack it very well to eliminate any damages and prepared all paperwork to dispatch. The shipment reached Qatar within 6 days. I highly recommend it for all kind of shipments.

Package was lost. No reply or communication for 3 months despite follow up. Avoid at all cost

Update: Package found, but it was delivered to Dubai not to the agreed destination.
