The franchise used to be popular. Now something changed about the quality of food.
The staff are super friendly and they'll welcome you with smiling faces.
I tried their food in many branches and realized that it is the suppliers.
I would recommend asking your customers for a survey about the quality and variety of food.

The coffee is average and similar to the same supplier from fuel station. The branch in Dubai Hills needs improvements as well.

We had Italian cappuchino in barista quality and delicious chocolate doughnuts. Prices extremely cheap for Dubai. Location of this tiny coffee shop is directly in the American Hospital. Would go again!
