The quality of products isn't faulty, but the service is pretty bad. They lack communication regarding delayed orders and often times the orders aren't even correct. Although you can blame the roasters for this, the whole purpose of beanburds is to connect you to multiple roasters so you can buy things off one platform, which it fails to deliver properly.

Impossible to get hold of. Totally unresponsive. Eventually spoke to someone who said it would be delivered the next day which did not happen. All of the excuses under the sun for why it won’t be delivered on the expected day. Better to get in your car and go out to get your beans.

Loved the quality. Price was reasonable. Better than Seattle's Starbucks?????

Not sure why other people had bad experience, the customer service was quick and easy. Will be ordering more online next month ????

They deliver everywhere. Even the dessert. :P

Honestly love this place! They’re really professional with how they carry out their orders. I was hesitant at first that my coffee beans might not get delivered on time but they came right on time and in perfect condition! So I’d definitely recommend this place! Their coffee beans are so good too ???? hated trying to look for places that sell the type I want so this is super convenient for me! Thanks Beanburds! ????????

Bought the coolest coffee machine (mocha master), grinder and beans from BeanBurds. They’re truly a life saver, and have changed my mornings for good. If I could give them 10 stars I’d give them 9 because they’re the one you need.

I ordered twice at their location and both orders were received on time. I only get a call when the delivery comes in and the driver hasn't even asked for my location like the other couriers.

Beanburds has become my go- to place for all things coffee. Great selection of beans and coffee equipment and quick delivery. A helpful team too, they always help me discover new flavors that never disappoint :)
