I had a bad experience in this place with an old Filipino woman who is the receptionist. I left instructions on how to stitch and she did not pass the correct information to the tailor. During collection, I saw that the stitching work was wrongly done (messed up) and when I tried to tell her this, she started shouting and grabbing the cloth trying to rip off the stitches. It was very unprofessional behaviour, she could not admit the mistakes and simply apologies. Horrible conduct.
