The woooooorrrrst salon ever!!! Cleanliness is zero
Staff behavior is even worst. I went for manicure and pedicure. Gelish manicure is gone the next day (see picture below. I have been doing this for years in many salon. This is the first time I experience like this. I went back the next day so they fix the one which is gone. The next day another nail is gone. I was still very polite despite going there for The 3rd time. And guess what?? The staff there named Roro is accusing me of tearing it off intentionally. Who in the right mind will remove it intentionally a day after doing it? She think that it is easy to just come and go and change each nail everyday. In the end I just told them to remove all and I will just do it in some other salon. Because Fixing it and putting the same low quality material wont give better result. They will only stress me and waste my time.

Had a very bad experience with them. They gave an appt at 3pm for 2 people. Me n my friend was there before time and then they called my friend to do at 315pm n I sat there waiting till 4pm when I came to know their classic pedicure means they won't scrub the foot just trim the nails. Then when I asked for refund they said they can do but then again delayed for me so I jus had to ask a refund n leave.

They were not even good in doing it properly u can see in the pic that they even hurt her while doing d nails.

Please note that their cobone offer of 49 dhs is the one I went for.

Staff there are very friendly and welcome. Filly and Maya, hope I spell the name correctly. They are really taking good care. The manicure they did for me last very long and the shape still good. Really love the waves they did for my hair. Will definitely come back.????????????????

Value for money. Staff are so nice and friendly especially Roro and Ate Rube. ????Please book in advance to avoid confusion on the appointments. I always do my waxing and nails here until I started traveling to Abu Dhabi, I don’t have time to drop by.

It’s been a woo hoo, wowser experience. Perfectly planned, keeps you into the game. Good spot for team building experience. You have different themes to choose from but the puzzles and plot is so perfectly laid out. No photos allowed in the room. Instructing, help and clues are given timely as needed.

This was the first time I’ve been to Escape Experience Room in Windsor and we did the AREA 51 with my family it was amazing and so fun we all really enjoyed it. You have different themes to choose from but the puzzles and plot is so perfectly laid out. No photos allowed in the room. Instructing, help and clues are given timely as needed. Also the gentleman that looked after us was very good too. Will definitely go back to do another escape room. ????????????

This was so much fun! We did the Crown Jewels for a birthday day out and it’s cleverly thought out, they will help you with subtle clues if you’re really struggling.
We managed to escape with a few mins to go ???? we can’t wait to come back and do the other rooms!

I’ve done quite a lot of escape rooms in the last few years and ‘Caved In’ was by far the most boring of them all.
*spoiler warning*
After wanting to do Caved In for quite some time we were disappointed to see that it was only one small room with very minimal detail.
The puzzles were okay but nothing unique. The simple find code, unlock padlock.
Our host and the other employees who greeted us were polite but extremely unenthusiastic and it was actually the first time we entered a room not hyped up at all.
I sadly wouldn’t recommend.

So, I am looking to leave a review without giving anything away.
If in doubt see Shivraj 3star review which covers the issue very eloquently.
(It also highlights that this issue has been around for some time and has been complained of for some time).
In short, the final solution is very very tricky. Think rolling a marble down a ramp, but for an unknown reason someone put a hole in the ramp just to make an extra level of difficulty..
We spent literally 15 minutes on this one final puzzle.
As it was, the hole in the ramp simply made it a harder puzzle for the sake of it, rather than something to be over come by wits.

And yes, I see previous replies state that many people have escaped happily. Well 15 minutes on one puzzle once we know the solution is overly arduous. And as the staff alluded, this stumps everyone and is generally why people fail this room.

Overall it left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth.

It's the second room I do at this place. The first one (caved in) was really good and everything went well, but the second one (temple) left me really frustrated due to our game master.

Towards the beginning, I tried to adress him just to ask if something I wanted to try was ok and not gonna break anything. He responded by sending us a clue. From here on out, we weren't afforded the fun of trial and error, as we'd be sent the clues anytime we'd spend more than two minutes working on a riddle.

At the end, with seven minutes left on our time, we were trying hard to find the solution to the last riddle, (while following instructions from the last given clue, so we hadn't even found what to do ourselves, just trying to complete the equation laid out in front of us). Without being anywhere near actually completing the right combination of actions, the mask was revealed and it was the end.

I was really bummed and all in all left super frustrated. The room was well made, the riddles well thought out, but being robbed of solving the puzzles myself ruined it for me. Most of the joy of an escape game lays in solving the puzzles and getting that satisfaction, and there, even spoon fed clues we weren't even given enough time to follow it through.

We started our game at 8.30pm, so maybe our game master just wanted to get home which I can't blame them for. If that was the reason, if I'd known the experience would be so badly impacted by the hour, I would've booked for a different time. For 29 pounds per person, plus fees, it feels a bit unfair to get such a drastically different experience. And if it wasn't due to the late time, I hope the person in charge of our room will get better at gauging when to help.

It's okayish , but certainly could be better. Let me explain myself. I must to say that I find too many similarities with another review here, I went at 20:30 aprox (which I think must be their last session) and our game master was somekind utterly deflated. I can understand, he want to went home ASAP, plus outside was raining cats and dogs. The hidden temple was or challange, which is not bad ,but, as someone mentioned here, after 2 minutes you have a clue... I mean, let us resolve the damn thing!
The scenario was pretty good I must say. All was okay (except for the continuos clues but the worst came at the very end room (where the golden mask is). Some puzzles (not all of them) were already resolved (i.e. some box already open) and the mask....WAS JUST THERE!!!! Then,we heard some footsteps approaching, we thought that it would be another actor doing an indigenous impersonation with a mask (as minutes before) but it was our game master doing a "keep going keep going I am not here" act walking straight to the golden mask...then pushing down the base where the golden mask was to hide it again... I mean... and remember...some puzzles where resolved beforehand (obviously, the staff forgot to set the things up properly). Before the last room, all was okay.

Had fun, room was quite small if you have a larger group. Will be back to to try the other rooms.
