One of the greatest experience I have had so far, when ordering products online. The website was neat and clean, making it easy to understand how to use, the delivery of my products were delivered earlier than later! And the products themselves were in top condition while also have a long expiry date, and in my opinion, the WhatsApp manager deserves a raise, his replies were quick, and simple, answered all my questions and quelled my worries. All in all, perfect. Quick delivery, good products, amazing management, and simple website.

There is a big chance this website is a scam. I will report to the police and customer protection. Almost two weeks and my package is not delivered and their customer service kept saying for several days it's out for delivery and you will receive it soon. Stay away of this website no matter how tempting the offers are.

There’s a high possibility that this is a scam!! Made an order 10 days ago and still haven’t received my order yet. And the website is not even working now. No respond to WhatsApp message/call. Send me the order or I’ll report it to the police!

This site is a scam, I made an order 3 days ago, I tried to contact them to get any information on my order status , their landline is disconnected and the mobile number is their website is not picking up, also I texted them on WhatsApp and now one is replying, I am requesting refund now and will see how this will go, I don't recommend dealing with this business at all

They replied to this review saying its out for delivery and I should send them email, the product still did not arrive, the email i sent still no reply, I asked them to call me to solve this issue and still no calls, their phones are still no answers, all positive reviews of this business are by paid bots only

One week later, Still did not receive my order and did not receive my refund, every time we chat he says the order is out for delivery and will be received today, even an Arabic delivery guy called and he said he is on his way and still one week later there is no product received, next day I called again the delivery person also he said he is on his way and sill not delivered, I asked him to at least take a photo of the product and send to me he said yes and did not send it.

This website is a scam, they take your money and never deliver the items and don’t respond to any emails or the helpline! Beware, do not order from this business

I bought the fake ones ( got cheated ) on Noon and BeautyZone came across my feed. I contacted the seller to ask of their The Ordinary products are authentic and she explained to me all the details and differences since we don’t carry The Ordinary in UAE and bought from them. Happy customer added !
