I recently visited Beladamaz to get my diamond ring re-sized, a few others polished and a pair of earrings fixed. I was amazed at the quality of work & level of service.

Shiv was very knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to make sure my expectations were met. The service provided by the whole team was exceptional. I would highly recommend this jewellery store & will definitely be coming back!

I walked into Beladamaz lost and confused few months ago with a very important ring on my finger I purchased in Cara that looked very disappointing to say the least.
Today I walked out of Beladamaz with the most impressive, stunning, exquisite, timeless, elegant ring.
Mr Shiv has played a key role in the process of redesigning the ring with me. Twice! He has held my hand through endless meetings, designs, changes and discussions. Hours of patience and hard work has gone into designing what is now the most significant piece of jewellery I own. The shop staff always make me feel so welcome. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, considerate. I feel I can stop looking. At Beladamaz all my dreams will come true I am sure.

I have never really been into proper jewelry, or jewelry in general, but I recently told my friend that I wanted to get a ring and she took me to meet Shiv at Beladamaz. I was there for at least 2 hours learning about precious metals and stones, browsing, and trying on almost everything under the sun. I ended leaving with 2 beautiful rings on my first visit. I go back because, in addition to the unparalleled customer service, the craftsmanship is out of this world. I mean flawless. They constantly want to do better and are relentless about quality. Highly recommend!

I am super happy to do business with this retailer. To me they are the best in Gold&Diamond Park. Compared to other retailers next door (Cara) they provide a custom service and they are not overcrowded. They also provide Antwerp and IGA certificates not local certificate valid in the shop you bought like competitors next door ( Again Cara) We had to re do my certificate and they were also kind enough
not to double charge me for it ????????

I am so thankful for my experience with Beladamaz. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. They really helped me find what I was looking for that was within my budget. The environment in the store was friendly and relaxing, while in other stores I felt very pressured and like I was going to be taken advantage of. The staff at Beladamaz communicated clearly and helped me find the perfect ring for my fiance. Would highly recommend Beladamaz. 5 star, 10/10, two thumbs up! Thank you.
