I am always on the lookout for new and interesting dining places in the city and recently I came across this absolute gem of a restaurant at the Kempinski residence at the Palm.

I was assuming the restaurant would be quieter but to my surprise it is pretty popular with the locals and tourists.

The food was brilliant and the Risotto was one of the best I have had in Dubai, and trust me on that as I have easily tried over 500 restaurants in the city.

Overall its a nice place by the beach and you can even chill by the pool later on, would love to go back again.

Wow! All I can say when I visited Beluga for a full day pool is just wow! I have never felt to relaxed and chilled until here. The pool is amazing and beach too.
Staff were so accommodating especially to Tewajsi. He was no attentive and great service. Also to Dewal. He is making sure that everyone is good in the place.
I ordered seabass, chicken Caesar salad and Blue Berry Cheesecake. So tasty. Thank you. Was a nice place to relax. I had such a great time.

Great attentive staff and service. Spectacular beach restaurant for lunch and dinner. I love when they have grill nights and during the day you can have lunch by the beach directly. The cheesecake is glorious. One of my favorite spots in the Palm Jumeraih.

Everyone knows Kempinski but not a lot know of Beluga, which is a seaside restaurant located at Kempinski Hotel & Residence on Palm Jumeirah, which provides everything from a beach side restaurant, and them some!

The menu was quite extensive and was basically a full restaurant that has a great seaview that also serves the pool crowd as well.

Given that Beluga is a sea side attraction, I thought the prices were extremely fair, especially it belonging to a 5 star hotel.

The restaurant felt comfortable, clean and the servers were attentive and knowledgeable.

I thought Beluga had a great variety – Asian, Arabic, Seafood, and Mediterranean.

Since it is a sea side restaurant, it is only right if I went for a seafood platter, which tasted great. Tiger prawns and lobsters are welcomed any day!

For a restaurant that doesn’t focus on Asian flavours, I thought the teriyaki-like sauce on the deep fried tofu was nice with a hint of mango citrus twist to it.

The lamb chops were also nicely prepared, juicy and tender to bite into while maintaining the proper temperature in terms of how well done the meat was cooked. Most of the food were nicely cooked, well seasoned and the drinks were delightful.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for good food to visit Beluga.

Amazing renovated but staff is unfortunately not well trained.
Food looked great but I was throwing up for 3 days afterwards.

the food is appalling. their pizza was worse than a preheated one from the supermarket, the hamburger was heavy. there are hundreds of beach side places with probably better food

Highly recommend. Such a difficult decision choosing your first child's first school! I visited almost all schools in the area and then chose Meryfield -- and we have not looked back. The whole school has such a caring and friendly atmosphere it feels so comfortable going in; the staff work really hard to create a safe, polite, caring atmosphere and you can see it in all of the children too. My painfully shy, summer birthday daughter settled so quickly and is still astounding me (now several years on) by the confidence she has developed, as well as her academic achievements. We are now about to do it all over again with #2!

Is not a school which support children with learning difficulties, my daughter who attended this school had no support what so ever from the teachers no communication and we made the decision to move her to another school.

I cannot praise this school highly enough. The teachers are dedicated, kind and professional and create a lovely environment for children to learn.
