Honestly I prefer not being hovered by staff when Im browsing and who am I to interrupt a conversation between staff (or his acquaintance I dunno). But when the staff finally noticed me looking through the folded pants, I could not help detect a hint of annoyance in his tone when he told me what I was looking for is already hung on display and (empathically) can choose there instead of getting the folded ones. Woah. No greting at all in the first place. And I didnt even open the pants ! I just looked at the tag !

2 Filipino staff there but doesn't greet and don't say thank you after I purchased, seems very different from what I expected from Filipinos.
Needs improvement in customer service aspect.

Ii got bad expirience in satwa branch staff he dont know how to respect customer he is rude to answer the question.i buy a shorts the price is showing 42aed but when i pay it its 52aed.i ask the salesman on duty but his rude to answer..you need to train him how to respect the customer same how i respect him..i drop on nov.7 at 7:33pm his name is mharyl kit..

Bad customer service..i went there in one of their branches here in sharja.in al wahda road unfortunately we didn't buy anything because the staff there is not helpful its like he didn't see us.he didnt even greet and ask us if we need something..he's doing something like only drama,no assistance at all..so bad service..really bad,

I purchased cloth and using for years .. no colour fade. No stitching issues. I searched bench shop everywhere to buy more. Ibn batuta closed. Festival city closed
