I am a consistent customer of this store 'coz i love their items sooo much. I don't care of the price as long as the items has quality. But today i feel so disappointed with the guy (salesman) there. I've just asked him why this one is more expensive than the other. He could have explained in a nice way but the way he answered me seemed to be in an ill-mannered way. I then overheard him talking to the cashier about the customer asking and complaining about the price. I think u need customer service training before u hire your sales person. I don't look down this kind of job but this is sales. You should have a good training to your sales person about customer service, how to deal with different kind of customers. I want to buy more bags but i was so disappointed so i just got 1 atleast. So disgusting to see him like this wanna go there everyday but because of him i dont think will go there daily.
