i wanted to give zero actually ,
there is new guy who don't know anything about customer service ,
after paying money also he is asking that i didn't pay and when cctv confirmed that i paid , he is more arrogant .

after the incident when i asked owners number he failed to give me .
such a poor of service .

In general good pricing decent service and delivery time

They often have what we want and when required fro delivery they are quiet fast

They have not charged us any delivery fees so we can't complain on that front

Sadly this supermarket has a very poor service. Staff who receive orders are very impolite over the telephone, very unhelpful, lacks knowledge on how to perform their task properly and not even prioritizing orders to deliver on a short period of time. They always have a reason for the delay but unfortunately forgotten it. The management should look into it and take review.

They take order, and you have to wait from 50min- 1.5 hour 100 meters.
Sometimes forget they take order. Not coming.
