The company representative in the building is always available to support and solve any issue related to the apartment or building.
The apartment is absolutely great. It's comfortable, clean, you can find most of appliances or items you may need during a short-term stay.
I like the building too. It's new, clean, well-managed. The security is strict - which is great from safety point of view; the maintenance team is quick to respond.
I highly recommend Bhavan Vacation Homes and Grace Residency building.

The agent who rented it for me- Boby is such a lovely person, so professional and helpful . He was available at any hour and solved my requests quickly.
The swimming pool is clean , up on the roof where nobody sees you and temperature controlled.
The building is closed to the metro which is great . For the quality of services offered by Boby and the beautiful home and the price I paid, is such a good deal

Yes they have a very nice rooms but this is something you can find everywhere in Dubai but good customer care is much important.

Definitely a good experience and a nice stay in Dubai.
