Very nice and social staff well versed in Japanese Car repairs especially Pajeros.
Mr Mohammad Ali who is the Shop Floor Manager/Owner is very knowledgable and helpful. My Pajero 3.8L 5 door 2016 model 120k Major Service was done professionally and within 2 days . I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Bholoo Garage to all Pajero Owners.

timing belt replaced with Bin Haider Tr team. Worth the drive from auh and had a quality job done. I got the paj without service history on the belt and cant risk it. Also met some cool paj owners in their shop as well. Thank you guys.

Great service from start to finish!

Happy to come across with Mr Rizwan Rehmat Ali on the phone who helped me find a recovery pick-up to bring back to his workshop because my car wasn't starting due to an issue with the starter motor.
The fitting and fix was fast and efficient!

Thanks again for the superb service and restoration of my headlight everything went well!????

Excellent garage from all aspects. Mr Rizwan is a highly experienced and respectful person. He iwas focused on offering the perfect solution and confident about the diagnosis. He spent sometime inspecting the car then searching for the spare parts and gave me the exact part number and best price he could find in a very honest way.I highly in recommend this garage(Ford Edge)

I had visited for my porsche cayenne s repair I found them reasonable in terms of fees. And I had very good experience with Mr rizwan he is truly having knowledge of car's. Even he guided me once I had stuck in the parking when my car was not changing its gear from parking to drive and I got nice advice and it work's.

Extremely Irresponsible, I went there to repair my Lexus RX 300 2000 model having brakes issue in which brakes was not working even if I press harder.
First thing he said after listening to me is that he is going to charge AED 100 or 150 for verifying the issue if I go to other place for repair and if agree with him for repair then he will adjust this amount in the final bill.
This charge was little unusual to me because I never heard such charges before but I said OK because I had good feedback about him from others and I already planned for repair in his Garage. So for me this charge is not going to make any difference.
I left my vehicle in his Garage and he asked me to come next day. Now when I went to pick my vehicle, his staff told me Sir there is no problem and we checked everything very thoroughly and you don't worry. Then I requested him to give some discount but he said I have already ask you very less and he didn't agree and charge me the same amount what he told me and I took my car thinking that no matter if he didn't give any discount but at least my car is perfect now.
But sooner I realized that I was completely wrong...while going back to my home I met with an accident because of the same issue for which I went to him. Then I called him from there and he started giving me thousand reasons and trying to convince me that he checked everything and couldn't find any issue with the brakes.
Then I decided to write a strong feedback explaining everything so that others will not be trapped and I was more upset because I already told him that I often travel with my kids and that's why I want this to be done on priority.
Lastly I will end my feedback by writing that either they are not mechanics because they couldn't find any issue because of which I met with quite big accident while going back from the garage or they are taking benefit of the situation.
