Very disappointed, first they promise, schedule an appointment for me to wait for one week! When I came on the schedule date and time I was rejected by them claiming that they are busy and actually not working with my type of car! Absolutely waisted my time and was very rude! 0/10!!! Do not go them if your car is older then 5 years! This is ridiculous!

Best service you can get in town, Basel is an honest one of a kind person he explains to the customer every single thing to be done with the car, no any hidden charges, no upselling, nothing just quality service across all car makes specially german cars.

Not only they services my car perfectly, but they’ve added a smiley freshener inside to keep it cool!!

I’ve bees to quite a few garages in the 5 years of Dubai, but Basem’s Madina Car Care Centre is definitely one of the best!!

Charger not too busy.
Had a problem , it would not recognise my bank debit card, suggest you get a dedicated charge card, others had no problems
