Big Dunes Tours helped me to organise a few tours for my parents when they were visiting Dubai.
Everything was organized wonderfully, the agent was there to help all the time and was replying to my enquiries even late at night.
Highly recommended service!!!

We booked a Mercedes Van for a company gathering on 13.12.22. The driver arrived in time (even 30 min earlier) and picked us up in time from the location to return back. The Van was clean and comfortable to sit in. We would definitely hire this service again in future.

I’ve been with this company and I must say they have a highly qualified guides who have all the information and answer to your questions. Our tour went smooth, overall excellent services better them our expectations.

THE WORST SERVICE. AVOID IF YOU CAN. Disgrace would be an understatement to call this bus services. They deserve to be one of the world’s worst bus service ever to be on the planet Earth. It is a disgrace that they are in transport service sector. The management is incompetent, never care about the customers.
They simply cancel the bus services, never answer phone calls, never tweet about the bus delays/cancellations. Don’t even have the decency to reply a tweet which could take a few seconds.
1) NEVER ON TIME. They have no time sense. Buses are always delayed, they rarely show up on time
2) buses are nothing but SCRAP. Yes, their buses could break down at any time.
3) customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone calls, I wonder why they keep phone number on their website.
They never reply tweets. To reply an email query could take up to 10 working days. I wonder Warrington’s own buses management lives in British Imperial colonial times or 2022!?

though (as of writing) they don't have the newest vehicles, but the drivers do their best with the tools at their disposal (namely the ex network Warrington cadets & Geminis) they try their best by their customers but of course sometimes things go wrong, Ignore the moaning locals who wouldn't know a bad bus service from a private one, the towns been spoiled & so have i as no other area (bar maybe burton on trents' Midland Classic) can match the quality Warringtons own buses offer,

Roll on the brand new depot & Fleet but until then there is some good in there

Definitely got better the last year with revamping and bringing in newer and younger drivers. Shame that there are still some drivers that are just aggressive and rude and will verbally abuse for no reason - just makes the whole journey uncomforting really.

Absolutley s**t service! Buses turn up when they want to or not at all! When you complain, staff are unhelpful, rude & often abusive! Would give 0/5 if I could!

I'm not local to the area but depend on the number 13 bus to get me to work, in the past week my usual bus just hasn't shown up at all. Nothing on the bus stop to say any type of alteration to the service, the driver going in the opposite direction either doesn't have the manners or the intelligence to tell the people waiting that the bus won't be coming. Now if a bus company is unable to provide a service as advertised 3 days on a row they need to let their customers know this. Not leave them standing at the bus stop at silly o'clock in the morning when it's freezing cold and heavy rain ! Are you going to pay my taxi fare ?

The buses are a joke, when you decide to take the bus it's a complete gamble as to if they are gonna bother showing up. Been like this for years now. Most of the time you will end up waiting for the next one and it's so rammed full of people it's hard to get on. It's just a terrible service.
