The branch in bay avenue is not at all customer oriented . We went this morning for a breakfast as per the advertisement they mentioned Bhedi puri bhaji with halwa as a combo .. but while serving us there was no halwa so then why do you charge for it then .. and y false ad is out up. They did not even reduce the price saying we are not giving halwa . 2ndly funniest part his I asked for aamras and they gave me milshak with ice and said this is aamras. Omg n then the guy who taks the order with specs argues with me this is what is aamras and this is what we give. I said this is not aamras and don't fool people by forcing them to have it. Even if the food sometimes is fine service like this makes it a zeroand bad experience.

Really bad food. Very disoriented and disorganised. No place for seating. Need a better system

Never expected the poor quality of Thali from Bikanervala. The curry is full of oil, even Dal also having too much oil. It's looks like they put only oil instead of the curry. I don't recommend thali. Thw desert Gulab jamun is hard to eat. Price 3/5, Quality 1/5, Taste 2/5.

This is what the call "Special Tea" for AED 4, which is clearly black in color and kept in microwave for 1 minute and served. Moreover taste pathetic. People come straight here to have some good quality Indian food and drink. Quality at its lowest.
