Lovely veg north Indian cuisine. We had their special thali and bhalla puri. The taste was so rich and creamy. They have paid parkings available. And spacious dining area. Service was super fast. Would love to come again.

Just a simple review. The staff at this outlet especially the guy at the billing counter and the sweets section are rude!! Zero professionalism and have an attitude as if they owe you a favour.
The food was good as usual but I would not visit this place again due to the staff here!

I am absolutely furious with the pathetic delivery service provided by this restaurant! I placed an order, and they completely forgot to deliver it. I waited for an hour and a half, only to call and be told that they had forgotten about my order. What kind of incompetence is that?

It is absolutely unacceptable to forget about a customer's order, especially when they are relying on you to provide a service. The fact that I had to call and inquire about my order just to find out that it had been forgotten is outrageous.

As if the initial mistake wasn't bad enough, the complete lack of urgency or concern on their part was truly appalling. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. They simply shrugged off their mistake as if it was no big deal.

I will never be ordering from this restaurant again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Their delivery service is an absolute joke and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Behavior of the staff was bad, quality of material of sweets is poor. Packaging material is extremely poor quality while prices are exorbitantly high. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Staff don’t give bills after payment and then when you go for sone concern they will first ask bill.

Behavior of manager was too rude and should be trained with basic etiquettes of customer servicing.

Request Bikanervala management to pls look into quality customer service folks

Bikanervala has always been great but the branch in Silicon Oasis always had hair on their food. First it was on the cocktail samosa and the second visit it was on the crust of the pizza.
No doubt they apologized. But it’s unhygienic and unhealthy to have hair on the food. Watch your food before you eat.

Freshly baked foods! Clean place, nice staffs, first time coming here and got to learn more of their culture by the food they serve❤️ I’ll come again and try other dishes????

This is such a bad service.
1st my order is incomplete.
2nd it delivered after 50mnt of order and its very very very cold. On counter manager is saying sir will give you complementary replacement.
SUCH A BAD WAY OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMER. I AM TALKING ABOUT THE SERVICES NOT REPLACEMENT OR COMPLEMENTARY STUFF.
