Отвратительное отношение к своей работе и к клиентам. Забыли про мой заказ. И уехали куда-то в рабочее время. Я забронировал скутер на 16:00 на сайте, приехал к ним на склад, чтобы забрать его, склад был закрыт и никого не было. Я позвонил по номеру и мне сказали, что ваш заказ видимо просто не заметили и уехали по своим делам. Причем никакого решения не предложили, просто - мы забыли про ваш ну и собственно все - до свидания, езжайте обратно или ждите еще 3.5 часа.

Хотела бы поделиться своими эмоциями, впечатлениями. На сегодняшний день- прокат велосипедов это один из самых удобных сервисов в обслуживании самого себя на природе. Велосипед это 100 % доступ к езде по тем дорогам по которым не проедит машина, да и в принципе велосипед удобен тем что можно обьездить все закаулочки,побывать в интересных местах и самое главное не пешком!!!! (эмоции и плюсом спорт нажимая на педали велика)
