I love to rent bikes here!
The staff is super helpful and kind!
They help you with the type of bike that you need and the heigh of it!
What I like the most is that the location of the shop is perfect as you can access very easy to jumeirah and meydan cycling track, which I love!
Really recommend this place for a perfect outdoor workout!

Bike shop at business bay is hands down the best place to rent bike near the Dubai canal????????, they have a wide range of bikes, the bikes come with all safety included, the brakes and the headlights all work, the helmet is optional, but yes if ur in need of any other gear they have it. I recommend to rent bike for atleast 2 hours and visIt the burj khalifa point . I love it.

Pretty ok service. I had a tube puncture so I came in the store wanting a change of tube service, but instead opted for the full service package. Dropped my bike around 5pm and got it the next day all looking brand new ???????? with a fixed tire. Bike looks and feels really fine with clean chain, tuned up brakes and gears and very clean frame ????

Kevin was extremely helpful! He took care of my bike (full service), adviced a lot about bike equipment, adjusted the bike to my height etc.
Professional approach, quick service, good prices!

It was hard to reach them and its closed nobody was attend the customer even on call. Really bad experience

Honestly a really beautiful place with loads of gear and equipment but service mechanic and service pricing was a letdown. Came in with a bike I bought for my kids birthday (just needed to tweak the brakes as I don’t have the tools at home). The bike mechanic wanted to charge me 190AED (the bike only cost 300AED), told me to come back another day, and I got a lecture about that’s what happens when I buy a bike like I did out the box. Still, on the plus side the bike mechanic directed me to try revolution bikes across the road, and that was great!! they serviced it for free and on the spot.

Actually they open 11:30, not 11:00 as it says on Google and their homepage. Called them and asked about it. They are aware of it, but they still have not changed their opening hours online. They did not apologize or anything. Just kept saying they open at 11:30.
